About the Team:


The Canada Indirect Tax team is responsible for ensuring that Amazon complies with all applicable tax laws and regulations in Canada. As an Indirect Tax Audit Manager, you will work closely with the team to achieve this goal.



Responsibilities:



  • Support the development of the overall audit strategy and plan
  • Manage the end-to-end indirect tax audit lifecycle, including coordinating with tax authorities and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amazon's systems and processes related to Canadian indirect taxes
  • Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify and implement process improvements


Requirements:



  • Strong knowledge of Canadian indirect taxes and tax laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
