Job Description

The Third Key Holder assists with all visual, merchandising, and marketing directives, collaborating with management to ensure efficient store and stockroom operations. In the absence of team leaders, this individual is responsible for overseeing all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, re-stocking and merchandising, customer service, and supervision of the team.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, re-stocking and merchandising, customer service, and supervision of the team, in the absence of team leaders.
2. Assist with visual, merchandising, and marketing directives, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
3. Process purchases at the register, providing exceptional customer service to each and every client.
4. Adhere to all company policies, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
5. Support the Store Manager in ensuring company standards are followed, as outlined in the employee manual.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1-year retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on communication and leadership skills.
3. Excellent selling and customer service abilities, with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
4. Strong time management and priority-setting skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
