We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team at Samz Neighbourhood Pub. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, managing daily operations and overseeing staff.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times. You will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff on preparation, cooking, and handling of food, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, cleaning kitchen and work areas, and managing kitchen operations.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position. Your language of work should be English, and you should be able to work 35 hours per week. We offer a permanent position with a competitive salary, estimated at around $45,000 per year based on industry standards.
