Key Responsibilities
  • Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections of utility poles and infrastructure to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair issues with utility poles and infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of utility pole inspection and maintenance procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work at heights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Tools and Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment as required.
