The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop maintenance, harvesting, and packing. They will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning crops to ensure optimal growth and quality
• Hand harvesting vegetables and fruits
• Packing produce for distribution
• Weeding and maintaining crop health
• Cleaning the work area to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
• Loading, unloading, and transferring crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and lift heavy objects. The successful candidate must be able to stand for long periods, bend, and move freely in a confined space.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

• No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience an asset
• Able to work 40 hours per week
• Fluency in French language
• Legally able to work in Canada

Compensation and Benefits
