Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Balloon Bar YQR as a Production Team Member. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating stunning balloon decorations and designs for various events and occasions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Production: Create and execute balloon designs and installations for events, including large-scale installations and classic bouquets.
- Order Fulfillment: Work closely with clients to finalize event details, prepare items in advance, and ensure timely delivery.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on balloon decorations and designs to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Event Support: Provide support during events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
Requirements
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Cricut Design Space is an asset, but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move 30-50lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
- Hours and Investment: 20-30 hours per week, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with Saturday shifts required.
- Compensation: $16-$19 per hour, dependent on experience and training.
