We are seeking a skilled Dermatologist to join our team at Fraser Health Authority, providing consultative services for inpatients and supervision of medical students and residents at Eagle Ridge Hospital and Royal Columbian Hospital.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $300,000 - $450,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.
ResponsibilitiesThe Dermatologist will be responsible for:
- Providing consultative services for inpatients at Eagle Ridge Hospital and Royal Columbian Hospital
- Supervising and mentoring medical students and residents
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License
- Provisional Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) Membership
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) Eligibility
Eagle Ridge Hospital is a 154-bed hospital in Port Moody, BC, offering medical, surgical, regional rehabilitation, cardiac and diabetes outpatient programs, as well as 24/7 emergency services. Royal Columbian Hospital is a provincial referral hospital located in New Westminster, BC, with 422 acute beds and a range of specialty programs.
LocationThe hospitals are located in the Metro Vancouver region, within easy commuting distance from Coquitlam and surrounding areas. This location offers a great work-life balance, with access to outdoor recreational activities, cultural events and amenities.
