About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ivy's Kitchen Vietnamese Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring that all stock is properly labeled and organized.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, ovens, and refrigerators, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Team Support: Assist other kitchen staff members as needed, providing support and coverage during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and management.
