Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care for patients. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise and passion for nutrition to a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients with complex nutritional needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on healthy eating and nutrition
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in nutrition and dietetics
  • Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program
  • Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
  • Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare environment
  • Valid BC Driver's License
