Job Title: Agile Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Business Analyst to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As an Agile Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business value and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document business needs, including the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, including users, developers, and product owners.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs, including the development of technical solutions, automated business processes, and service agreements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interact professionally and productively with a wide variety of stakeholders, including executives, contractors, technical experts, and naive users, to develop and implement solutions that meet their needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of delivered business solutions meets the quality expectations, including the monitoring and control of project progress, resource usage, and cost.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree or higher in a business, design, or technology discipline, or a related field, and a minimum of years of experience gained working in a business analysis capacity.
  • Experience: Business analysis experience on technical products, with a preference for products including or related to API gateway technology. Experience working collaboratively with developers and UX/UI designers to understand and communicate user needs.
  • Additional Skills and Experience: Identify, define, model, and document business needs, including the ability to develop and present business cases, define and document product and funding for development and ongoing support, and develop work plans.
