Sign Installation Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sign Installation professional to join our team at FASTSIGNS #530201. As a Lead Sign Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation of our signage products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sign Installation: Install various types of signage, including vinyl, metal, LED, illuminated signs, and large-format billboards.
  • Site Assessment: Conduct site assessments to determine the best methods for installation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment, such as lifts and scaffolding, to install signs at elevated heights.
  • Sign Securing: Secure signs to structures, using appropriate fasteners and techniques.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare foundations for sign structures by digging, pouring concrete, and installing support anchors.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience with signage installation in Canada.
  • Skills: Proficiency with tools and equipment specific to sign installation, familiarity with reading blueprints, site plans, and technical diagrams, and physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
