At CENTURY PRIVATE SCHOOL, we are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement promotional materials to showcase our school's programs and services.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best possible outcomes for our school.
  • Market our business services to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to engage with our audience.
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of our school.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote our services.
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness about our school.
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to understand our audience's needs and preferences.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media to secure coverage and promote our school's brand.
  • Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to engage with our audience.
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications materials to support our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours of work per week.
