Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Woodworking Professional to join our team at Harman Elite Construction Ltd. This is a permanent position that requires the individual to work 40 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in various locations, including commercial and residential settings, and will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and renovating wooden structures in different establishments.

Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
  • Willingness to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy environments.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, reliability, and teamwork abilities.
Benefits

Work Conditions

The work environment is physically demanding, requiring the ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and handle heavy loads. The combination of sitting, standing, and walking is common, with overtime required during peak periods.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $62,400 and $83,200, based on industry standards and location factors. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
