Life Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity


 


We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Licensed Life Insurance Agents (LLQP) to join our team in safeguarding the lives of Canadians. As a key member of our organization, you will leverage our streamlined approach to handle incoming consumer inquiries and take direct ownership of telephone performance and client satisfaction goals.


 


About the Role:


As a successful Life Insurance Agent, you will connect with new and current clients to onboard, ensure satisfaction, and build authentic, lasting relationships with SLi. You will also manage incoming and outbound call sales opportunities, resolve any client sales-related inquiries by partnering with internal resources, and participate in contests and performance incentives to win prizes.

  • Competitive base salary plus an uncapped bonus designed with potential to deliver a 6-figure income, estimated at $60,000-$100,000 per year.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of individual life insurance sales experience, LLQP license with home provincial licensing in good-standing.
  • Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment, passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, high level of accountability and ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Office, computer requirements include a 4K-bench CPU, 8GB RAM, Windows 10-11, and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
