Job Title: Truck Driver - Over the Road

Job Summary: Dolphin Delivery ltd. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Over the Road to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle.
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo.
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods.

Requirements:

  • Air Brakes Endorsement.
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods and overnight.
