Retail Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team at Regina Food Corner Inc. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean meats to prepare them for processing or cutting, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Special Cuts and Orders: Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.
- Standard Cuts and Trimming: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, adhering to our quality control procedures.
- Wrapping and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats, ensuring they are securely sealed and ready for sale.
- Meat Removal and Weighing: Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Price and Sell Meats: Price meat products and sell them to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Grinding and Meat Preparation: Grind meats as needed, following our established procedures to ensure food safety and quality.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
