We are seeking a skilled Saucier to join our team at Earls Restaurant of Penticton Ltd 1999. As a Saucier, you will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory, as well as preparing and cooking food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
