Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Evaluate the performance of staff members and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and productivity.
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet quality control standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, such as improving service times and enhancing the overall dining experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff members, customers, and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
