About the Opportunity

Urban Systems is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Indigenous Communities Practice. As a key member of our team, you will work on exciting projects that make a visible difference in Indigenous communities across British Columbia.

We are looking for a candidate who shares our values and is passionate about providing high-quality service to our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to hone your civil engineering skills, apply theory, and provide workable solutions for infrastructure planning, design, and planning.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Honing your civil engineering skills and providing workable solutions for infrastructure planning, design, and planning.
  • Connecting with our Indigenous clients and providing them with funding opportunities and services.
  • Building and growing relationships with existing project leaders and clients.
  • Preparing technical reports, plans, studies, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coaching and mentoring younger professionals.
  • Developing proposals, work plans, and budgets in response to client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborating with a diverse and interdisciplinary team of professionals to identify and support market opportunities, practice planning, and team development.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, based on a 40-hour work week. The range is negotiable based on your skillset and experience.
