  • Develop and improve operational reporting to better understand CS, PS, TS, and Education functions.

You will collaborate with leaders across CS, PS, TS, and Education to support strategic initiatives that improve productivity and drive business growth. This role will be based at our head office in Yaletown, Vancouver, with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

What We're Looking For
  • A self-motivated individual with experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Revenue/Sales analytics, or operations within a high-tech environment.
  • Data-driven by nature, always asking why and what problem are we solving.
  • Able to gather requirements from non-experts and effectively translate them for technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, ServiceNow, Business Intelligence tools, and Excel.
