Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and supervising advanced technological solutions to improve the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our existing IT infrastructure. You will also develop and maintain a robust security framework to protect the company against IT risks, ensuring infrastructure compliance. Additionally, you will automate routine tasks to improve the efficiency of IT operations and reduce the risk of human error, while optimizing system resources for maximum performance. As a technical reference for the IT team, you will share knowledge, guide, and train team members on best practices and new technologies. You will also establish a diagnosis based on incidents experienced by users, provide user support, and manage IT requests. To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, and 5 to 10 years' experience in a systems administration role, with significant experience in this role. You will also need expertise in operating systems, virtualization, cloud computing, networking, IT security, and automation. Bilingual French and English skills are required, as well as the ability to work remotely 24/7 and travel occasionally to our warehouses in Montreal and Boucherville. Professional certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are an asset.
