The RoleAs a Fraud Manager at GeoComply, you'll be at the forefront of emerging schemes, crafting innovative tactics, and briefing executive leadership on the latest threats. Your expertise will shape strategies that drive client retention and fuel commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and communicate fraud trends and mitigation tactics to business stakeholders.
- Share these trends with Executive leadership to inform client retention and commercial strategy.
- Stay current on industry trends outside of client day-to-day business.
- Recommend solutions and product enhancements based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate and lead projects to develop new anti-fraud solutions with the Product team.
- Participate in Proof of Concepts for potential customers, working closely with the Revenue and Growth team.
- Create alignment on fraud tools, messaging, and 'voice' to ensure open communication and collaboration.
- Liaise with large enterprise digital businesses to assist in identifying and solving real-time fraud challenges.
- Drive solutions based on current fraud features and document future opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive product growth and scalability.
- 8+ years of experience in a risk management leadership position.
- 6+ years of experience in online gaming (Daily Fantasy Sports, Online Casinos, Poker, Online Sports Betting).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain integrity, discretion, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Pro, and G Suite Programs.
