About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at Choice Janitorial Service Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Debris and Trash: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Support Services: Offer support to persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youths, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities through mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
