We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a beautiful Long-Term Care/Assisted Living Facility in a picturesque location. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise and direct care staff to ensure residents receive the highest level of care.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred).
- Competitive hourly rate of $44.00.
- Travel allowance and accommodation provided.
- Weekly allowance.
- Extended benefits for contracts of 6 months or more.
- 8-hour shifts.
- Day, evening, and night shifts available.
- On-call shifts as needed.
- Weekends as needed.
