Senior Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Operations Executive at Powernode Computer Inc., you will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This includes authorizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and establishing objectives for the organization.

Leadership and Management:

You will oversee the work of more than 20 people and ensure that they have the necessary authority and working conditions to perform their duties effectively. This includes selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegating the necessary authority to them.

Financial and Administrative Controls:

You will establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning. This includes ensuring that the organization has the necessary resources to achieve its objectives and that financial and administrative controls are in place to prevent waste and mismanagement.

Communication and Representation:

You will represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization. This includes communicating effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners, and representing the organization in a professional and respectful manner.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure. You will also need to have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to make informed decisions to achieve the organization's objectives.

Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage a large workload effectively.

Language:

The work language is English, and you will be required to communicate effectively with stakeholders in this language.
