About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Master Craftsman to join our team as a Senior Construction Manager. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 3-4 people to ensure project efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of skilled craftsmen to execute construction projects efficiently.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to meet design requirements.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials for construction or repairs.
• Install flooring, doors, windows, cabinetry, and drywall with precision.
• Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to company and industry safety standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior team members.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects to ensure timelines and goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Red Seal Certification (preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in residential or commercial construction.
• Experience with ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) is required; experience with building foundations is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic hand tools.
