**Job Summary**

We are seeking a qualified CNC programmer to work on leading-edge technology products. The successful candidate will be part of a highly motivated and technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.

**Responsibilities**

* Interpret technical plans, drawings, and specifications to program CNC machine tools to produce parts meeting company quality standards.
* Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies based on part materials and specifications.
* Optimize CNC programs to maximize production efficiency while ensuring part quality and precision.
* Make adjustments and modifications to CNC programs according to production needs and customer requirements.
* Work closely with machine operators to ensure efficient implementation of CNC programs and resolve any issues.
* Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to CNC programming.

**Basic Qualifications**

* College diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Advanced mastery of CNC programming and CAM software.
* In-depth knowledge of CNC machine tools and their capabilities.
* Ability to read and interpret technical plans, drawings, and specifications.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
* Attention to detail, precision, and ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
