We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Program Assistant to join our team at the Halifax Regional Centre for Education (HRCE). As an Educational Program Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to students with diverse needs, including those with special needs and English language learners.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, implementation, and assessment.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs.
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
