We are seeking a skilled Culinary Assistant to join our team at Coup de main à domicile de Rimouski. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and ensure that all equipment and utensils are in good working condition.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Menu Planning: Plan menus and ensure that food meets quality standards, and is prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety protocols are followed, including vulnerable sector checks.
- Screening Questions: Answer screening questions, including questions about education, experience, and availability.
- Financial Benefits: As per collective agreement, and bonus opportunities.
