We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Expert to join our team in Edmonton. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to start their career in plumbing.

Job Description

As a Plumbing Expert, you will be responsible for assisting journeyman plumbers with various tasks and learning the trade. The ideal candidate will have excellent facilitation, investigation, and problem-solving skills. You will also be able to braze/solder copper pipe, work with PVC pipe, and use hand and power tools. Additionally, you will maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance, and repair techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Assist journeyman plumbers with tasks such as brazing, soldering, and pipe installation
  • Work with PVC pipe and other materials
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed
Requirements
  • Registered as an apprentice in Alberta and enrolled in a recognized trade school
  • Ability to work under supervision and independently
  • Experience with routine electrical maintenance operations is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
  • Year-round work in indoor settings
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lb
  • Wear protective equipment at all times
