Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Operator of Packaging, Level 2 to join our team. As a key member of our packaging department, you will be responsible for packaging products, preparing materials, and ensuring the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for procuring materials for packaging, including handling equipment from the warehouse to the packaging area.
  • Documenting packaging activities, including records, logs, and other documents related to good manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • Maintaining clean and organized packaging equipment and performing regular cleaning of fixed equipment.
  • Cleaning removable equipment parts at the cleaning room when required.
  • Verifying the conformity of produced units.
  • Able to assemble equipment and start production lines.
  • Performing reconciliations, calculating yields, verifying, and closing packaging files.
  • Conducting start-up tests of production lines according to established procedures.
  • Conducting in-process tests according to packaging procedures and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in French.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Minimum one year of experience in packaging in the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics industry.
