Job Summary
The Quality Analyst plays a key role in supporting the regional Quality Manager with day-to-day quality and internal audit activities. This includes providing support with quality deliverables, incident reporting, and internal audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Manager with the preparation and submission of quality reports.
- Provide guidance to the operational team on incident reporting and internal audit processes.
- Assist with the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.
- Monitor operational data metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support for the recording, tracking, and closing of non-conformances.
- Other quality and internal audit duties as assigned.
Requirements
- More than one year up to three years of job-related experience.
- University graduation or professional certification in a related field.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and practices.
- Knowledge of internal audit and continuous improvement.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Data reporting, verification, and analysis skills.
- Effective written and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
