Job Summary

The Quality Analyst plays a key role in supporting the regional Quality Manager with day-to-day quality and internal audit activities. This includes providing support with quality deliverables, incident reporting, and internal audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Manager with the preparation and submission of quality reports.
  • Provide guidance to the operational team on incident reporting and internal audit processes.
  • Assist with the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.
  • Monitor operational data metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support for the recording, tracking, and closing of non-conformances.
  • Other quality and internal audit duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • More than one year up to three years of job-related experience.
  • University graduation or professional certification in a related field.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and practices.
  • Knowledge of internal audit and continuous improvement.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Data reporting, verification, and analysis skills.
  • Effective written and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
