• As a Nursing Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
• Key responsibilities include:
- Accompanying patients on outdoor recreational activities
- Assisting with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up, and assembling medical equipment
- Performing other duties related to patient care and comfort
- Supplying and emptying bed pans
- Serving meal trays and feeding patients
- Weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients
- Delivering messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments
- Making beds and maintaining patients' rooms
- Maintaining inventory of supplies
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
- Transporting patients between care facilities
- Transporting patients in a wheelchair or stretcher
