About the Role

This is a permanent Electrical Estimator position at GTB Electricals Ltd. where you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and pre-qualification submissions to present to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create accurate labour and material cost estimates for projects
  2. Develop and submit pre-qualification proposals to showcase our company's capabilities
  3. Determine general expenses and overheads for project budgets
  4. Conduct feasibility studies and provide preliminary cost estimates for proposed projects
  5. Project financial cash flow and financing requirements for clients
  6. Utilize quantity take-off procedures to ensure accuracy in estimating
  7. Establish and maintain cost monitoring systems to track expenditures
  8. Review and adjust contract costs as necessary
  9. Maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors
  10. Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors regarding changes and adjustments to cost estimates
What We Offer

We are offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience, for this role.

The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The working hours are 35 hours per week.
