Kitchen Helper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team at Thai Smile Cuisine Ltd. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Help with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Support the serving team by bringing clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and setting tables.
  • Carry and replace linen, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Package take-out food and portion and wrap foods as needed.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items under the supervision of our chefs.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
