Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive payment for food items purchased and handle cash transactions
  • Serve customers at counters or drive-through windows
  • Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons
  • Use equipment to prepare hot beverages and package safely for take-out
  • Clear and clean tables and trays in eating establishments
  • Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and in serving areas
  • Remove dishes before and after courses and dispose of trash or recycling
  • Use deep fryer, grill, oven, dispensers, and other equipment to prepare fast food items
Requirements
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively
  • Standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Shift work, evenings, and weekends required
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to upsell
  • Attention to detail and accuracy for orders
  • Patient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to count money and balance the till
