Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The Mount Nursing Care Inc. in a nursing home setting. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and conduct specimen collection as needed
  • Ensure infection control and monitor nutritional intake
  • Observe and record medication's therapeutic and side effects, and provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
  • Provide nursing services within defined scope of practice, monitoring patients' progress and evaluating effectiveness of nursing interventions
Requirements
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check, immunization records, and tuberculosis test
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with repetitive tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on client care and teamwork
