About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on investment and savings strategies, as well as financial planning and wealth management.
  • Work closely with customers to create comprehensive plans that meet their individual needs and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions to provide informed advice and guidance.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, savings, and wealth management.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven sales and customer service skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Mutual Funds licence and working towards the CIFP Diploma.
