We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine key programs and actions to drive performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify targets for finance product sales and ensure that such targets are met.
  • Proactively identify client needs and offer tailored advice in line with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and submit accurate vehicle financial contract documentation to our financial partners.
  • Achieve Business Office product sales targets and penetration percentages.
  • Ensure timely funding of all vehicle financial contracts.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role with a strong sales record.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
