Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Soulful Yog. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information and assistance as needed, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments, and perform data entry tasks.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk area and surrounding offices.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in data entry and administrative software.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
