Cake Decorator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing cakes and baked goods that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters: Mix and prepare dough and batters for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake and decorate: Bake mixed dough and batters, and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to perfection.
  • Supervise and train: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, and train new team members on our baking procedures.
  • Ensure quality and safety: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate machinery: Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a baking or pastry-related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work hours: 40 hours per week.
