Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety & Compliance: Lead and promote a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and responsible manner.
  • People Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Customer Experience: Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain operational goals and priorities, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making adjustments as needed to ensure that we meet our productivity and customer service goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a frontline supervisory role in a warehouse/logistics environment.
  • University or college education; a focus in Operations, Logistics, or related field.
  • Excellent people leadership abilities and a dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Approachable, positive demeanor with a hands-on and team-oriented work style.
