Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of customer service.
