Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Titon PG Holdings Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment:

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. This is a physically demanding role that requires a high level of energy and stamina.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
