About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. We are offering an estimated salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in the kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces, preparing and heating simple food items, and operating dishwashers.

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces;
  • Prepare and heat simple food items, such as soups and sauces;
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware;
  • Portion and wrap foods for service;
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars;
  • Take customers' orders and serve food and beverages;

In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will also be required to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have no degree, certificate, or diploma, but must be willing to train.
