About the Role:

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to lead the development and execution of strategies to increase online sales, optimize customer experience, and ensure the successful implementation of ecommerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ecommerce initiatives
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform ecommerce decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Lead the implementation of ecommerce solutions to improve customer experience and drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce management
  • Proven track record of successful ecommerce initiatives
  • Excellent knowledge of ecommerce platforms and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
