**About the Role**
The Government of Alberta's Parks Division is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cabin Maintenance Worker to join our team at Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park.
As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of park facilities, including cabins, washrooms, and common areas. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, sanitizing, and disinfecting surfaces and appliances.
- Operate light equipment and tools, such as hand tools, power tools, lawnmowers, trimmers, and off-highway vehicles, to maintain park grounds and facilities.
- Assist with general landscaping, weeding, grass cutting, garbage collection, and litter pickup.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure operational and visitor needs are met.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with visitors, colleagues, and supervisors in a positive and professional manner.

- A valid driver's license and defensive driving certificate (or willingness to obtain).
