Job Title: Healthcare Professional - Medical Nursing Unit

Join our team as a licensed practical nurse in the General Medical Nursing Unit at Pasqua Hospital in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Salary: $36.160 to $38.720 per hour (Pay Band 16), based on a 0.55 FTE with 82.46 hours per 4 weeks.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate licensed practical nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to promote health and healing, providing education and support to clients/patients/residents in all phases of healthcare.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing their needs and developing individualized plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between shifts and departments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to address concerns and provide information.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Practical Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS).
  • Valid driver's license, where required.
