About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at LIWAN INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY LTD. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met, including rent collection and property maintenance.
  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations, monitoring progress and costs.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
  • Work with minimal supervision, managing events and projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or real estate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
