We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our team at SIL Plastic Sales & Supplies. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring they meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Establish methods to improve productivity and product quality, and recommend measures to achieve these goals.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
- Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management on production progress and any issues that may arise.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
